Respondent Participation Rules

By participating in a survey or interview on this platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules. These supplement any agreement you have with your survey company / rewards site  (which we’ll refer to as your “Rewards Provider” throughout the rest of this document). Violation of these rules may result in disqualification, withholding of rewards, or suspension or termination of access.

1. Age
   
   • You must be of legal age in your country / location jurisdiction. If you are not, STOP and talk to your parent or legal guardian
2. Purpose & Voluntary Participation
   • Access to this platform is solely for participating in surveys, interviews, or related research tasks.
   • Your participation is voluntary. You may decline or stop participating at any time without penalty.
3. Eligibility & Honesty
   
   • You must meet any requirements set by your Rewards Provider.
   • You must respond truthfully, completely, and carefully to all screener and survey/interview questions. Misrepresentation (including falsifying information, random or nonsensical responses) is not allowed.
4. Account & Individual Participation
   
   • The account must be used only by you; you may not share your account.
   • Only you should appear on camera; no other people (including minors), animals, or observers in frame unless explicitly asked.
   • Ensure the space behind you is neutral and does not display identifiable personal information (photos, licenses, private documents, etc.).
5. Attire & Environment
   
   • Dress appropriately (professional / modest attire).
   • Choose a quiet, well-lit, safe environment free from interruptions or background distractions.
   • Do not film or participate while operating vehicles, machinery, or in unsafe conditions.
6. Confidentiality, Recording, & Intellectual Property; Release
   
   • All survey or interview content (questions, stimuli, materials) is strictly confidential. You will not disclose proprietary information of the platform or clients.
   • You may not record, screenshot, copy, reproduce, or share content from the survey or interview, or anything on the website except where expressly allowed. Attempted unauthorized capture may lead to immediate disqualification or other consequences.
   • Rights Grant and Release. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that your survey responses, recordings, image, voice, likeness, and any other materials you submit or that are captured during participation (“Participant Content”) may be used by us and our clients for any research, analytical, reporting, commercial, promotional, or other lawful purposes, in accordance with the applicable survey invitation and our Privacy Policy To the extent your Rewards Provider agreement grants ownership or licensing of Participant Content, you confirm and agree that such rights extend to us and our clients. To the extent any additional rights are required, you hereby irrevocably grant to us and our clients a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Participant Content for any lawful purpose. You further release and waive any claim to compensation, approval, or accounting for such uses, and consent to the public use and display of your name, image, likeness, and voice as incorporated in the Participant Content.
7. Quality & Acceptable Behavior
   
   • Responses should be relevant, honest, and thoughtful. Blank screens, non-responsive behavior, or attempts to “game” the system are prohibited.
   • Avoid offensive, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.
8. Technical Issues & AI-Generated Interviews
   
   • Participate using compatible and maintained hardware/software; ensure stable internet connection.
   • If you detect any AI error, system glitch, or other technical problem affecting your ability to respond, report it promptly via email to: respondent@suzy.com. 
   • Do not exploit known bugs or glitches; misuse may lead to consequences.
9. Privacy & Data
   
   • We collect and handle your personal data, voice/video, responses, etc., under our Privacy Policy.
   • By participating, you consent to such data collection, storage, usage, and sharing (with clients, research partners) as detailed therein.
10. No Unlawful or Unsafe Behavior
    
    • Do not do anything illegal, unsafe, or in breach of local laws during your participation.
    • Also do not violate any terms you have with your Rewards Provider.
11. Consequences for Violations
    
    • Violations of these rules may result in disqualification of your responses, delay or withholding of rewards, suspension or termination of platform access, or legal action if warranted.
    • These rules do not replace your agreement with your Rewards Provider; if there’s a conflict, both sets may apply.
